Shipping Information

Fat Canvas ships to all 50 states, Canada and virtually any address in the world.

All canvas products will be shipped in their own reusable reinforced shipping box. Two small boxes may be bundled together using stretch wrap to save you shipping costs. 

 Order Processing time

We aim to ship all orders within 5 business days of being placed, depending on which options are included. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. For oil-based edge painting or canvas toning, please allow additional time to dry.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your order is expected to be delayed, we will promptly contact you via email. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

When you place an order, shipping charges and estimated delivery time will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

If you are in the Houma or New Orleans area and would like us to deliver your order to you, we can provide that service for a small fee of $15 plus $1 per mile of travel.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Fat Canvas LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, VAT, etc.).

Damaged Packages

If your product arrives damaged, simply let us know and we'll ship out a replacement immediately. We can also provide a full refund, if that would be preferred. We may request a couple of photos of the damage so we can determine how we could avoid such occurrences in the future. If the shipping box is intact, we may choose to send you a return shipping label and that you would kindly return the damaged item.

To avoid the hassles of damaged canvases, we strongly suggest upgrading our shipping box to the ArtPorter. This would be a very welcome addition to your art collector's purchase to help safeguard their art investment.

Return Policy

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If an order is wrong, damaged or flawed, or not within a reasonable tolerance, we will provide a full refund or ship out a replacement as soon as possible. 

Also, although not typically done for custom orders, we are willing to allow returns for custom orders that simply do not meet your complete satisfaction, and we will provide a refund of 50% of the selling price. In this case, shipping will not be refunded and return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of submitting your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
